Led BA’s ambitious change project to decommission legacy internal communication channels, and replace them with a new social digital workplace platform, ONE.
The initial challenge was to complete the content design, setup and transition of refreshed and rebranded content for a pilot launch for Gatwick and a subsidiary business, Avios in a record 8 weeks.
As product owner and working with over 160 content editors and a lean project team, we followed an agile methodology to ensure a successful launch by 1 August.
